Austrian Minister of Research visits IMP
Heinz Faßmann, the new Austrian Minister of Education, Science and Research visited the IMP today and met with IMP Directors Jan-Michael Peters, Harald Isemann and the CEO of Boehringer Ingelheim RCV, Philipp von Lattorff.
Following discussions on current research at the IMP and the Vienna BioCenter, Minister Faßmann visited the lab of Elly Tanaka to inspect one of the World's biggest axolotl colonies.
Vie Facebook the ministry later credited the IMP as "the pioneer and draught-horse of molecular biology research in Austria".
