Next-level proteomics pipeline improves protein analysis
Proteomics studies the structure and function of proteins involved in cellular processes in great detail. However, technical limitations hamper this type of research. The Proteomics Tech Hub of IMP, IMBA and GMI at the Vienna BioCenter recently presented a new proteomics pipeline that significantly improves sensitivity and throughput, leading the way for the next generation of proteomics. The study was published in Nature Communications.
