2016 has been a really exciting year for the IMP. After almost three decades in the old IMP, which was transformed from a radio factory into a lab building in 1988, we have moved into our new building. This not only provides us with better infrastructure, more flexibility, and facilitates informal communication, but it is also simply beautiful!
You would be very welcome to visit us and see the new IMP for yourself when we inaugurate the new building with an Opening Conference from 4 to 6 October 2017. This will be a real Science Fest, and an IMP family reunion which we would like to celebrate with our friends from the Vienna Biocenter.
We have an exciting programme with many well-known speakers that have connections with the IMP both past and present. We look forward to seeing you there!
