Ref2305: Computational Biologist / NGS Data Analyst

The Stark group at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) is looking for a Computational Biologist / Bioinformatician / NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) Data Analyst.

We are an internationally leading group in genomics and the regulation of transcription, combining genome-wide experiments, NGS, computational biology, and machine learning.

To support our projects, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with PhD degree in bioinformatics or related areas and a strong expertise in Deep Learning and/or NGS data analyses. If you are passionate and eager to work on exciting biological questions in an outstanding environment, you’re the one!
