FEBS Transcontinental Travel Grants for Young Scientists-Website

FEBS has been providing Youth Travel Funds (YTFs) to assist attendance of young scientists (Ph.D. students and postdoctoral fellows within five years of obtaining their PhD) at lecture & practical courses, as well as workshops. YTF recipients must be members of any FEBS constituent or an associated society to be eligible.

Effective for 2010 events, additional transcontinental YTF grants are available for organizers to support attendance of young scientists from non-FEBS countries and other continents. Hence, organizers of lecture courses and workshops may request in their application additional transcontinental YTF Grants for young scientists from Africa (2), North America & Canada (4), South America (2) and Asia (4). Special conditions and restrictions concerning eligibility will apply for transcontinental YTF Grants for young scientists from non-FEBS countries. Details and guidelines can be found here.
