Max Birnstiel Lecture Series

The IMP has a special seminar series and this is intended to be the highlight of the month in the seminar calendar. These seminars, named after the founding director of the IMP, are normally held on the first Wednesday of each month at 11am. The speakers are selected via a popular vote of faculty members, postdocs and PhD students. The Max Birnstiel Lectures have already attracted considerable attention on campus and within the wider scientific community and many leading scientists have confirmed their participation.
